Fresno State ASI is proud to partner with the Fresno State Student Cupboard for the eight annual Carroling for Cans event!
The event began on Monday November 30, 2015, and encourages various departments around campus to collect nonperishable food and hygiene items, until the collection date, Thursday December 10, 2015.
Between 10 A.M. and 12 P.M. student volunteers will travel around campus and sing carols for the departments that collected items to thank them for their efforts.
If you would like to assist in the caroling and collection parts of the event, ASI is actively looking for student volunteers.
Student volunteers are asked to meet at the Student Cupboard at 9 A.M. on the 10th, and are encouraged to bring an empty backpack or other durable carrying bag to help carry the collect items.
Seasonal or holiday attire is strongly encouraged. Hot chocolate, coffee, and danishes will also be provided for volunteers!
If you would like to volunteer or have any questions about the event ASI Programs & Volunteer Coordinator, Ashleigh Rocker, can be reached at 559.278.7703 or via email arocker@csufresno.edu. You can contact Project Coordinator Jessica Media at the Fresno State Student Cupboard at 559.278.0866 or via email jemedina@csufresno.edu.
