It is National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week and the Student Health and Counseling Center is collaborating with the Food Security Project to host a jacket drive called ‘Jackets from James’.
This drive is in memorial of James Rodriguez, whose last purchase the day he passed away was a jacket to donate to a student in need.
Students, staff, and faculty can donate new or gently used jackets to the following drop-off locations during the week of Nov. 13-16: Student Cupboard (IT 144), Student Health and Counseling Center, Student Success Services (Joyal 224), or Student Recreation Center.
Jackets collected will be donated to the Poverello House.
