Registration for Serving Fresno Day is now open. Approximately 100 volunteers are needed to assist with the completion of 3 significant projects at various sites in and around Fresno on Saturday, November 17th from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Volunteers will complete beautification projects at Rotary Storyland and Playland; demolish, paint, and restore at Romain Park; and build hiking trails on the Fine Gold Creek Preserve with Sierra Foothill Conservancy. Volunteers will receive a thank you lunch for their work. Volunteers may choose the site they would like to work at, however space is limited and is first-come first serve.
The event is coordinated by the Jan & Bud Richter Center for Community Engagement and Service-Learning.
