We have all been in a situation where we want to help someone, or diffuse a situation, but we stand by and think someone else will step up. We hold our breath and hope someone else will be brave and intervene, but sometimes nobody steps forward.
Join other Fresno State students on April 9, 16, and 23 to learn how to respond and use your voice for good. Happening at the Student Health and Counseling Center, these training sessions will help you develop the skills and confidence to respond and ensure the safety of self and others.
Participants will receive a FREE Step Up! backpack and have an opportunity to win a t-shirt. Light refreshments will be provided. All training sessions are from 2-3 p.m. This event is part of the 30 Days of Sexual Assault Awareness Month (S.A.A.M.).
