Join the Student Health and Counseling Center weekly on Wednesdays at 10 a.m. on Zoom throughout the semester for the Wake Up with Wellness discussion group.
Each week they will explore health and wellness topics and provide opportunities to connect with your peers. The first session kicks off on Wednesday, Aug. 26 at 10 a.m.
During this session, “wellness” will be explored through the lens of your five senses. Future topics will include: Thriving in Your Environment, Planning Healthy Meals, Healthy Relationships, Money Management, etc.
