This Wednesday marks the end of this year’s Fresno State Talks lecture series, with Dr. Jenelle N. Gilbert, Kinesiology professor, who will be lecturing on The Psychological Uniform: A Blueprint for Peak Performance. The event will take place tonight Wednesday 26, 2014 and is located in the Satellite Student Union starting with a reception at 6:30 p.m. and the lecture at 7 p.m.
Gilbert will address how athletes dedicate their lives to physical training including: their mental game and the Psychological UNIFORM approach – a sport psychology training program that can help others achieve peak performance.
