The Student Health and Counseling Center invites you to participate in a guided meditation on Wednesday, Nov.11. To access the meditation follow @FSHealthCenter on Instagram where the video will be available day-of.
Meditation can be a powerful tool to help gain perspective, manage stress, ground yourself in the present, and reduce negative emotions.
This session will be led by our friends from Namaste for Compassion and will focus on the theme of gratitude.
