About Cinthya: As soon as I turned 21 years old my life had brought me many lessons that come with aging. One of the biggest lessons I learned was the passion I’ve always had for pop, and for world peace. Hello, my name is Cinthya Arriaga Sanchez. I was born in Mexico City, but immigrated to the United States in 2002. I was raised in Fresno and have been involved in my community since high school, in 2018. I’m currently serving as a Measure C panelist with the city of Fresno where I work alongside city council members in order to improve the city of Fresno. As your president I promise to stand with you specifically for, DACA students, the LGBTQ community, sexual assault survivors, and students with mental illnesses. I hope to make Fresno State an inclusive, safe community for students of any race, religion, and sexual orientation. Equality of all.
