Do you know someone who is really extra? Like they do so much to help the community that you don’t know when they get time to eat or sleep, or wonder if they do even eat or sleep? They could be the next winner of the John D. Welty Award for Excellence in Community Service.
Each year, the John D. Welty Award for Excellence in Community Service provides a single $2,500 scholarship to a student who embodies the commitment to service that John Welty exhibited during his 22 years as President of California State University, Fresno.
